OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) โ A man charged with interfering in a custody order after he took his son to California โ and became the subject of a police search โ was ordered Monday to trial.
John Madigan, 40, waived a preliminary hearing Monday. Arraignment was scheduled for June 15, court records show.
On April 30, Oshkosh Police asked for help in locating Madigan and his son, 6. Later, they announced the pair left the area for California.
