GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Wednesday, April 22nd is Earth Day– a perfect chance to take action and make a difference.
There are many opportunities to get involved, like participating in local clean-ups.
Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. you can help clean-up the Neville Public Museum by helping prepare the pollinator gardens and pick up trash along the museum grounds.
All are welcome and the event is free.
The Neville Public Museum is located at 210 Museum Place in Green Bay.

Additionally, downtown Green Bay is hosting their annual Trash Bash.
To keep the community looking its best, pick up the litter in the Downtown and Olde Main Street Districts from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Just meet at Whitney Park at 1 p.m. for instructions, supplies, and maps of each clean-up zone. You may need to drive to a nearby location to get to your zone.
Downtown Green Bay anticipates each zone to take an hour and a half. Return to the park when finished to receive some treats.
Whitney Park is located at 800 Main Street in Green Bay.
You can also join the Broadway District’s Earth Day clean-up from noon to 2 p.m.
All supplied are provided, just meet at 324 Chestnut Street in Green Bay.
