MILWAUKEE, WI (WTAQ-WRN) — A four-run lead wasn’t enough for the Los Angeles Dodgers to avoid a sweep in the National League Championship series.
The Brewers came from behind to win 6-4 Thursday night, returning to the World Series for the first time in 44 years.
Homers off the bats of Garrett Mitchell and David Hamilton provided the margin of victory. Jake Bauers drove in three runs and Jo Jo Romero got the win.
Now, Milwaukee waits to see whether it faces the Rays or Guardians in the 2026 World Series. Tickets are already on sale for the first couple World Series games at American Family Field.
