September 2, 2026 – DAIRY NEWS – Dairy’s Foundation has awarded grant funding to organizations in Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin to support programs focused on building healthy and vibrant dairy communities across the United States. The Foundation awards two rounds of grants each year.
“Dairy’s Foundation is proud to support the work of organizations across the country who are working to build stronger relationships with consumers and support the next generation of dairy producers,” said Floyd Sutton, chair of Dairy’s Foundation board of directors.
This round of grants, awarded in August 2026, will support:
- Animal Agriculture Alliance, Arlington, Virginia, to support the College Aggies Online program that prepares college students to be more confident advocates for agriculture online and on campus through resources, mentorships and hands-on experiences.
- Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, Manitowoc, Wis., to purchase a fiberglass milking cow for a hands-on educational exhibit that will enhance visitor experiences at the center.
- G-Wiz Adventures, Fort Worth, Texas, to support the Dairy Stewardship & Trust Lab in developing curriculum and toolkits for producer-facing learning sessions and public trust field days focused on dairy stewardship, sustainability and animal care.
As the only public-held national foundation supporting dairy education and initiatives across the entire dairy industry food chain, Dairy’s Foundation provides financial support for programs that nurture the next generation of dairy leaders, develop the skills of current dairy farmers and strengthen the bond of trust between consumers and producers.
