STURGEON BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Sturgeon Bay DMV is moving.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Sturgeon Bay Customer Service Center is moving down the road from its current location at 1009 Egg Harbor Road to its new location,1300 Egg Harbor Rd, Suite 114.
“We’re pleased to be able to offer our customers improved parking, easier accessibility and a better customer experience in a larger space that’s right down the street from our current location,” Adam Busalacchi, Wisconsin DMV Director of Bureau of Field Services said.
The last day of DMV service at the Bay Ridge Mall location will be close of business on Thursday, April 30 at 5 p.m. to facilitate the move and will reopen at the Cherry Point Mall location on Tuesday, May 5 at 7 a.m.
The hours for the Sturgeon Bay DMV will remain the same:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday: Closed
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed

The DMV Algoma Service Center, 514 4th St., has convenient hours Monday and Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Services with the highest demand that are available online include:
- Renewing annual vehicle registrations
- Titling a vehicle
- Ordering replacement driver license or ID cards and changing one’s address.
