Appleton police seeking ‘Grinch’ who broke into cars on Christmas

APPLETON (WLUK) — Police are looking for a “Grinch” who stole from vehicles in the early morning hours of Christmas Day.

Officers say the thefts happened in the 1300 block of E. Fremont Street.
