(WTAQ-WLUK) — Ten days after the Cellcom outage began, the company is reporting that many customers are finally seeing a return of services.
The regional service provider announced the update on Facebook early Sunday evening, after the outage began due to a “cyber incident” led to the ongoing outage.
Even though some customers’ services are back online, Cellcom warns that restoration at this level takes time, and that some customers will still be feeling the outage as systems improve.
Cellcom’s last update from Facebook was on Friday, with the company restating that they were working on the issue but had no timeline on the repairs.
The company says real progress is being made and that a full restoration of services “could happen at any time.”
