APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man’s body was found in the Fox River Friday morning.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, Appleton Police Department and Appleton Fire Department say they were called to the river near E. Banta Court a little after 11:15 a.m.
The body was that of a 68-year-old Appleton man who was previously reported missing. Authorities do not suspect foul play, although the investigation is continuing.
