The current space includes apartments and the Odyssey Climbing + Fitness Centre. It’s within Ashwaubenon’s Sports & Entertainment zoning district.
The plan states:
“The proposed project is to consist of a mixed-use building with 2,904 square feet of restaurant space, 2,446 square feet of commercial space, seven residential units, and ancillary (trash room, indoor bike room, parcel/mail room, office, lobby, and restrooms on the first floor. An additional 84 multi-family residential units are located on floors 2-5, for a total of 91 units. Apartment types include studio, one, and two bedroom units. In addition to the building, a walkway is proposed between the two buildings and then continues north to a common area with bike parking and a masonry trash enclosure for the restaurant.
Village staff recommended approval of the project. It would require Village Board approval.
