This is a rub I out together for some pulled pork tacos. It’s a bit more zesty with a focus on southwest flavors.
Mix 3T chili powder, 1t Mexican hot chili powder, 3T paprika, 1T cayene, 1T cumin, 1T ground coriander, 1t adobo seasoning, 1T garlic powder, 1T onion powder, 1T kosher salt*, 1T black pepper.
Mix together well and use on pork, beef, or chicken.
*Always use kosher salt over table salt. It’s more coarse and better for rubs.
