MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The body of a missing man was found in the Manitowoc River Tuesday.
Police said the 30-year-old man was reported missing Monday. He was last seen in the early morning hours of Sunday near the bridge.
Police, the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office dive team and Manitowoc Fire Rescue, searched the area Tuesday morning. Using underwater scanners, the dive team found the man’s body.
The the death is still under investigation, foul play is not suspected. The man’s name was not released.
