One of my go-tos when looking for a treat to cook is a little mini cookbook that was in an issue of the Food Network Magazine, called “50 cupcakes”

. I made the Raspberry Lemon cupcakes. I added a small packet of Lemon pudding to the dry ingredients to help keep them soft and moist.
This week, I grabbed a brownie tray from Festival Foods and went to Kaukauna Clinic to visit Heather and Ali in the phlebotomy lab. They are the ones that check your blood after you get some drawn. They were delightful.
