DAIRY NEWS – As the dairy industry addresses shifting consumer demands, economic pressures, and a rapidly evolving food-innovation landscape, PDP will host the 2025 Dairy Insights Summit on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Madison Marriott South in Madison, Wis.
The one-day summit brings together dairy producers, processors, industry professionals, policymakers and educators for a forward-looking conversation about how the dairy sector must adapt to remain relevant and profitable. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m., with the program running from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Key topics for discussions include:
- What “next-generation dairy” looks like amid shifting consumer expectations.
- How to distinguish between innovations that thrive and those that don’t.
- Strategies to ensure long-term profitability while delivering dairy products in formats that meet consumer demands.
Sessions will be presented by thought leaders in the dairy and food system sectors, including Charlie Arnot, Center for Food Integrity; Kevin Ryan, Malachite Strategy and Research; Charlie Benz, Real Property Management Alliances; and Dr. Edmond J. Seifried, Lafayette College.
