(247NEWSSOURCE) GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Packers stifled the Minnesota Vikings during a 23-6 win from Lambeau Field.
The Packers outscored Minnesota 13-0 in the second half and held the Vikings to 145 yards throughout the game.
Emanuel Wilson rushed for 107 yards and two touchdowns in the victory, while Micah Parson and Devonte Wyatt had two sacks apiece.
Packers quarterback Jordan Love said that the defense played at an elite level.
Packers coach Matt LaFleur said that it was a complete team effort.
Wilson said that Matt LaFleur helped calm his nerves before the game.
Packers wide receiver Christian Watson said that he wasn’t surprised by Wilson’s big game.
Green Bay is in second place in the NFC North at 7-3-and-1.
JJ McCarthy passed for just 87 yards and two interceptions during the losing effort.
The Vikings are in last place in the North at 4-and-7.
