MARINETTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Marinette manufacturer has acquired an Indiana tool and engineering company.
Winsert’s acquisition of Mack Tool & Engineering in South Bend is said to bring together strengths in engineering, manufacturing, alloy development, on-time delivery and quality standards that benefit both customers and employees.
Mack’s expertise in the aerospace market will help Winsert reach new goals.
