(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – While the Green Bay Packers ended the regular season with losses to the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears, Packers coach Matt LaFleur is not wishing he could go back in time and change their routine.
LaFleur said on Thursday that he has told his guys to keep doing what they’ve been doing.
LaFleur said that he doesn’t want his players to think that they need to change things.
LaFleur also said that he’s not a fan of comparing last year’s team to this year’s.
He also said that dealing with those losses to the Bears and Vikings is just part of life in the NFL.
Mostly, LaFleur said that they’re not looking back but instead looking forward to playing Philadelphia on Sunday.
To the lockerroom: Packers safety Xavier McKinney and the rest of the Packers had to take a look in the mirror after the regular-season ending loss to the Chicago Bears. McKinney talked about how much of a hit the team’s confidence took with that loss.
Given that, what’s the vibe been like in the locker room this week?
McKinney said that not to worry, the Packers are in a good spot.
And if you’re worried about the Packers being underdogs heading into Sunday’s game, defensive tackle Kenny Clark said not to be.
Odds: The Packers, depending on your source, are listed as up to 4 1/2 point underdogs against the Eagles, .
Ouch: Zayne Anderson and Christian Watson were the only players who did not practice for Green Bay, per the Packers injury report.
The following players had limited participation: Javon Bullard, Edgerrin Cooper, Brenton Cox, Jr., Andre Dillard, TJ Slaton, Quay Walker and Evan Williams.
