GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A fourth suspect has appeared in court in connection with a Berner Street murder.
Darian Pinchart, 18, was arrested on a requested charge of first-degree intentional homicide after police say he turned himself in. He appeared in court Thursday. A $650,000 cash bond was set, and he returns to court Oct. 10.
Brandon Ramirez, 21, was shot Aug. 7 in the 1200 block of Berner Street. Investigators say someone he knew dropped him off at the hospital, where he died two days later.
Pinchart’s arrest came just hours after two other suspects — Elijah White and Nigel White –appeared in court Wednesday for the case. Another suspect — Dion Richardson –appeared in court Monday.
In all four cases, the probable cause statements were sealed, and criminal complaints have not been filed. The other three are being held on cash bonds of up to $1 million.
