SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — One man is in custody after a stabbing in Sheboygan Thursday that stemmed from a “disturbance.”
Shortly after 8 p.m., the Sheboygan Police Department responded to 1000 Kentucky Avenue for a reported stabbing.
Officers found a 41-year-oldSheboygan man who had been stabbed by a 59-year-old man.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment, then taken to a Milwaukee hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers located the alleged stabber at a nearby residence and he was arrested. A charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety is being referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office.
Sheboygan police are still investigating the incident but say there is no risk to the public.
