OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Amanda Wolfgram faces homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and other charges for a July 13 crash which killed one person and injured three others.
An initial court appearance is scheduled for Monday.
Family members have identified the victim as Kyle Richie. A Gofundme has been set up to assist his family.
According to the criminal complaint, Wolfgram’s vehicle hit another vehicle head-on in a crash on Third Street in Menasha, sending four people to the hospital. Richie died a few days later.
A preliminary breath test showed a BAC of .111, the complaint states. That’s higher than the .08 allowed by law.
Wolfgram, 25, had a prior OWI conviction from 2017, and her license was revoked at the time of the crash, according to the complaint.
