SHEBOYGAN COUNTY (WLUK) — The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office says one person is dead after a two-car accident Sunday in Plymouth.
Shortly after 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, officials say they were called to a two-car accident at the intersection of County Road S and State Highway 67, in the town of Plymouth.
“Preliminary investigation indicated that a 61-year-old male from Saukville was operating a 2014 Hyundai SUV east on State Highway 67 when a 53-year-old male from Plymouth was operating a 2016 GMC Pick-up was traveling west on State Highway 67, and turned south onto County Road S; colliding with the eastbound vehicle.” a release from the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office says.
Officials say the Saukville man was pronounced dead on the scene, and a 12-year-old passenger in that same car was life-flighted to a Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.
Alcohol appears to be a factor in the accident, according to officials.
