GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The body of a missing Green Bay man was found.
Police say their search for Christopher Belanger, 41, has ended after his body was found in a wooded area in Kenosha on Oct. 17.
Kenosha police say while there were no obvious signs of trauma to his body, the Kenosha County Medical Examiners Office is investigating the cause and manner of death.
Belanger last had contact with family on Sept. 6 after he sustained non-life threatening injuries in a disturbance in Waukesha.
His minivan was located in Kenosha a month later.
