- A pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined and tails removed
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonaisse
- 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce
- 2 tsp BGE Cayenne pepper sauce (sriracha sauce is a great substitute)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Set grill to high.
Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Thread shrimp on skewers to make them easier to flip. Salt and pepper the shrimp, and grill them on high for 2-3 minutes. Then flip them over and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. Try not to over cook.
Add the remaining ingredients together, and mix well. Heat the sauce in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. When the shrimp comes off the grill, remove them from the skewers, add them to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
