WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Winnebago County park is under a water quality advisory, as there are elevated levels of E. coli bacteria in the water.
The Winnebago County Health Department posted on Facebook Friday afternoon, saying that people should swim at their own risk at Fritse Park in Fox Crossing.
The health department advised against ingesting lake water and swimming if you are at higher risk of getting sick or are already ill.
