DE PERE, WI (WTAQ) — The Greater Green Bay YMCA has opened their 5th location, The Ridge YMCA at Capital Credit Union.
Kim Elsing, the branch manager at The Ridge YMCA, shared a benefit of being inside Capital Credit Union.
“The whole idea of financial fitness and physical fitness; we can marry those two together and know there’s a lot of components to health and wellness,” said Elsing.
This new Express Y is an adult model wellness center located on the third and fourth floors of the Capital Credit Union building at 1121 West Main Avenue in De Pere. The facility will be available for adult YMCA members ages 18 and older; offering cardio and strength equipment, group exercise classes, personal training, and child supervision.
The space includes two locker rooms, each equipped with a sauna, whirlpool, and steam room.
Those who join The Ridge YMCA at Capital Credit Union now through May 7 won’t have to pay a joining fee. Tours will also be available through through Saturday, May 6 for Y members, as well as those interested in joining the Y.
