OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — More details are being released after a pedestrian was killed on Interstate-41 Sunday night.
A semi-truck was traveling northbound on I-41 when the driver struck a pedestrian — 42-year-old Scott Valley, according to Wisconsin State Patrol. Valley sustained fatal injuries during the incident.
The crash happened at about 6:15 p.m. at I-41 and Highway 441 near Little Chute.
The driver, a 25-year-old Green Bay man, did not have any injuries. Police do not believe alcohol was a factor and no legal action has been taken against the driver, according to State Patrol.
