GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A July 17 trial date was set Monday in connection with an inmate-on-inmate murder at the Green Bay Correctional Institution.
Joshua Scolman allegedly fatally stabbed Timothy Nabors on Oct. 21 at the prison in Allouez. According to the criminal complaint, Scolman was targeting another inmate with whom he had a dispute but ended up killing Nabors, who tried to break up the fight.
Scolman is scheduled to be in prison until 2058 as a result of a conviction for a drunken driving crash that killed three people in Milwaukee County in 2007.
