GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — The Green Bay Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department has already began looking for seasonal employees for the summer. James Andersen, Deputy Director of the department, says they began accepting online applications before the holiday season.
In addition to a fun work environment, Andersen says seasonal employees will make more money this year.
“We got a nice boost in our seasonal pay plan rate back in November,” said Andersen. “Once January hit, we could start to market and advertise that.”
The department is primarily looking for employees at Bay Beach, lifeguards, playground leaders, and maintenance. Those looking for employment can apply for one position or for many.
