GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A federal civil rights lawsuit alleging the Kiel School District acted “deliberately indifferent to the racially hostile environment” at the middle and high school has been dismissed by agreement of both parties.
Amy and Dan Wempner filed the suit in October on behalf of their son.
No reason for the dismissal or terms of any possible settlement are included in court documents.
