FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) – Two men arrested for the October death of a Fond du Lac man are now set to appear in court.
On July 1st, the Fond du Lac County District Attorney’s Office formally filed charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery, both Party to a Crime, against 22-year-old Julius Freeman and 28-year old Eric Perry.
The two are believed to be involved in the October 17th, 2021 death of Benzel Rose.
Perry was arrested four days later on a probation warrant. Freeman was arrested on December 3rd on a probation warrant.
Both men are set to make their initial appearance on the new charges on Monday, July 11th.
