WAUPACA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Part of Highway 10 west of Waupaca will be under construction this summer.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says the $2.4 million project will begin on June 16. Between Anderson Road, just west of Waupaca, and the Portage County line, crews will be repairing and replacing joints, replacing asphalt shoulders, replacing guardrails and painting new lines.
There will be single lane closures on the highway during the construction.
Work is scheduled to wrap up in early September.
