(ST NORBERT COMMUNICATIONS) KENOSHA – St. Norbert College competed at the Wisconsin Private College Championship at Art Keller Field, with the women placing second of eight teams and the men finishing third of eight.
The Green Knight women totaled 137.5 points, while the men collected 104. Host Carthage College claimed the team title on both sides.
St. Norbert recorded three event victories on the women’s side. Kayla Wesaw won the 3,000-meter run with a time of 12:28.65, while Kyra Kopec added a first-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:13.51. Isabella Galindo captured the pole vault title with a clearance of 11 feet 1 3/4 inches.
On the men’s side, Ryan Flood took first place in the 400-meter dash, posting a time of 51.08.
