(WISCONSIN TIMBER RATTLERS) GRAND CHUTE, WI – The earliest scheduled game in Wisconsin Timber Rattlers history has been postponed due to an unfavorable weather forecast of ice, rain, and frigid temperatures over the next 24 hours in Northeastern Wisconsin and as a precaution for player and fan safety. Thursday’s home opener at Neuroscience Group Field between the Timber Rattlers and Beloit Sky Carp has been rescheduled to be part of a doubleheader on Friday evening. Game one is scheduled to begin at 5:10pm.
The Neuroscience Group Field parking lot will open at 3:00pm with the gates to the stadium opening at 4:00pm. Thursday’s giveaway, a special mini poster of Milwaukee Brewers prospects from Blue Print Service Company, has also been rescheduled to Friday night. The first 2,000 fans through the gates on Friday night will receive the poster.
A minor league doubleheader consists of two seven-inning games. The first game will be played to its conclusion. There will be a minimum break of 30 minutes from the end of game one to the start of the nightcap. Kids Run the Bases presented by Menasha Corporation will take place – weather permitting – after the end of game two.
Fans with tickets for the April 2 game may exchange them for a ticket of equal or lesser value to another regular season home game during 2026 at this link. The exact seat location might not be available, but the Timber Rattlers will do their best to a get a seat that is close and comparable to the original ticket. You do not have to attend the re-scheduled game and can choose any game for the rest of this regular season.
