Sometimes you just want to dress up your average chops without having to futz around with marinades, rubs, etc. Here’s a vinaigrette that you can just pour over some cooked pork chops that add BIG flavor without adding a lot of time.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Kernels from 2 ears of corn (cut from the cob and blanched in boiling water for 30 seconds)
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 tsp mustard seed
Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Grill your pork chops over medium high heat to proper doneness (145 degrees) seasoned with some salt & pepper.

Spread the vinaigrette over the chops and serve!
