CHILTON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A Brillion man pleaded no contest Tuesday to trying to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex.
Jesse Pool, 43, was convicted of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime. Three other counts, including causing a child to view sexual material, were dismissed but can be considered at the June 3 sentencing, court records show.
Pool will be required to be a registered sex offender for the rest of the life, according to court records.
The Brillion Police Department was notified by the Green Bay Police Department of a situation that had taken place at a store in Green Bay. Investigators were also made aware of a social media post that had gone viral which showed Pool involved in an attempt to meet with a 13-year-old girl to engage in sexual acts.
