OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A 16-year-old Menasha girl is facing charges in an Oshkosh shooting.
The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. Friday when police received a report of shots fired in the 1000 block of Jefferson Street.
Police say a residence was hit by several bullets and there were no injuries. The suspect left in a vehicle before officers arrived on scene.
At the time, the identity of the suspect was known to law enforcement but not released to the public.
On Monday, the 16-year-old suspect was taken into custody on multiple charges, including first-degree attempted homicide, first degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of cruelty to animals.
The teen is at a secure detention facility.
