APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Appleton police say they arrested a Menasha man accused of playing a role in an overdose death.
Police say they are recommending first-degree reckless homicide charges against the 31-year-old suspect.
In August of 2022, police were called to investigate the death of a 42-year-old Appleton resident in the 500 block of E. Winnebago Street.
The suspect is booked in the Outagamie County Jail.
Formal charges have not been filed.
