(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – The Green Bay Packers won’t be a healthy team heading into Sunday’s playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Wide receiver Christian Watson is out for the season and potentially into a portion of the 2025 regular season after tearing his ACL in Sunday’s win over the Chicago Bears.
Packers coach Matt LaFleur termed it a big loss.
LaFleur is confident that Watson will take the challenge of rehab and run with it.
Quarterbacks Jordan Love and Malik Willis also came out of Sunday’s game hurt. LaFleur talked about whether or not his top 2 quarterbacks will be limited in practice.
Defensively, safety Evan Williams has missed games recently due to injury. His status?
Eagles’ Siriani talks about facing the Packers: Philadelphia Eagles coach Nick Siriani met with the media Monday and talked about facing the Packers in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.
Siriani said he doesn’t know how the Packers will deal with running back Saquon Barkley.
Sunday’s game is slated to kickoff at about 3:30.
