(UW ATHLETICS) MADISON, WIS. – The Wisconsin women’s soccer team topped Michigan, 1-0, in the last game of the regular season.
How it Happened
First Half
The Badgers sliced through the Wolverines defense early, with Dara Andringa earning her second goal of the season and the only goal of the game in the 10th minute.
Wisconsin had possession of the ball for the majority of the half, leading in shots (12-3), shots-on-goal (6-2), and corners (3-1).
Second Half
The Badgers came out of the half with the defense remaining strong. Drew Stover picked up her 7th clean sheet of the season.
The Badgers continued to have the statistical advantage in shots (16-4), shots-on-goal (9-3), and corners (4-7).

Wisconsin will play in the Big Ten Tournament hosted by the University of Minnesota on Oct. 31-Nov. 3.
