GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Minnesota’s first lady is making a stop in Northeast Wisconsin this week to stump for Vice President Kamala Harris and encourage voters to hit the polls early.
Gwen Walz, the wife of Minnesota Governor and Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz, is scheduled to meet with voters in Green Bay Friday morning.
According to campaign officials, Walz will “speak about the clear choice in this electionbetween Kamala Harris and Tim Walz…and Donald Trump and JD Vance.” She will also encourage Wisconsinites to vote early.
Walz’s visit to Green Bay will mark her eighth campaign stop in Wisconsin since her husband joined the Democratic ticket.
