On Sept. 7, a man preparing his land for hunting season found human remains on private property near the entrance of Camp Manitou, a Girl Scout camp.
The remains were later identified to be that of Vue.
Baur and Vang have both been jailed since soon after Vue went missing on child neglect charges related to the condition of the home and treatment of the boy.
LaBre says a bail hearing is scheduled for Friday at 12:45 p.m.
