GREEN BAY, WI (WLUK) – All residents of a multi-family home are safe after a fire started in the upper kitchen of their home Saturday evening.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department was called to a fire in a home on the 1000 block of Pine St. just after 5:20 p.m. When they arrived, they saw smoke coming from the building.
Everyone inside the home had evacuated before GBMFD’s arrival.
In a release, Battalion Chief Eric Jeltema said the fire was controlled within 10 minutes of GBMFD being dispatched.
