MADISON, WI (WTAQ-WRN) — The Green Party will remain on the November ballot in Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday rejected a request from Democrats to remove Dr. Jill Stein from the presidential election ballot.
Democrats filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Elections Commission earlier this year, saying the Green Party hadn’t properly qualified for the election.
The WEC rejected the complaint and Democrats appealed to the Supreme Court.
The Court’s decision says Democrats are not entitled to request someone be removed from a ballot.
