VILLAGE OF CLEVELAND, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office responded to a series of vehicle entries early Friday morning in the village of Cleveland.
Homeowners with surveillance cameras are asked to review their footage from 12 to 4 a.m. and report any suspicious vehicles or individuals in the area.

The Sheriff’s Office reminds residents incidents like these are often “crimes of opportunity.” To help prevent yourself from becoming a victim, you are encouraged to take the following precautions:
- Always lock your vehicle
- Never leave your vehicle running
- Keep valuables out of sight and bring valuable items into your home with you
- Park in a well-lit area
- Utilize a tracking device (Airtag)
