PC: Winneconne Police Department
WINNECONNE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Winneconne police are looking for a motorcyclist who fled an officer pursuit.
Around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, an officer attempted to make a traffic stop on a motorcyclist who was driving recklessly.
The motorcycle did not stop for the officer.
The vehicle traffic was somewhat heavy at this time, and after speeds reached well in excess of the posted limits, the officer terminated the pursuit.
No injuries were reported.
A similar situation was reported in Fond du Lac earlier this week. The driver of that motorcycle turned themselves in.
