FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A motorcyclist accused of driving recklessly and well over the speed limit has captured the attention of the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office.
According to a Facebook post, law enforcement in Fond du Lac County have observed the motorcyclist on multiple occasions in the last week “driving at speeds estimated to be over 100mph as well as passing vehicles on the shoulder of the road.”
In one recent instance, authorities spotted the motorcycle and attempted a traffic stop, but the driver “took off at a high rate of speed and the pursuit was terminated.”
Officials describe the motorcycle as a blue Kawasaki sports bike. It has a bluish tint and orange rims and does not have a license plate.
