FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man was sentenced to life in prison without eligibility for release for the shooting death of another man outside a Fond du Lac bar.
Timothy Brown, 33, was sentenced to life in prison without eligibility for release on first degree intentional homicide charge and five years of initial confinement and five years of extended supervision for felon in possession of a firearm.
Prosecutors say Brown encountered the victim, Brandon Johnson, outside a downtown bar on Marquette Street in the early morning hours of Aug. 20, 2022.
After an argument, Johnson, 40, was shot four times — including once between the eyes.
Johnson was out celebrating his birthday.
