MANITOWOC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Authorities are requesting the public’s help in identifying potential victims after arresting a Fond du Lac man in a child sex crimes investigation.
While conducting proactive online enforcement for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other illegal activities, the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office discovered 46-year-old Toby Graves was “using computerized communication and arranging to meet a child for the purpose of having sexual contact.”
He was arrested April 19 in the village of Mishicot. Graves is facing numerous charges:
- Soliciting an intimate representation from a minor
- Attempted second degree sexual assault of child
- Use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime
- Exposing a child to harmful materials/descriptions/narrations
- Attempted delivery of THC
His bail was set at $25,000.
Law enforcement is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying victims or witnesses who may be able to provide information after Graves’ arrest.
