OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A road that winds through Menominee Park in Oshkosh will be closed for a couple months for reconstruction work.
Crews will begin work Monday on Pratt Trail.
The reconstruction project includes replacing stormwater infrastructure, curb and gutter repair. It also includes new asphalt pavement along the entire length of Pratt Trail from Merritt Avenue to the intersection with Siewert Trail.
Pedestrian trails crossing Pratt Trail will also be closed during the reconstruction project.
During the project, parking is available near the Lake Fly Café on Siewert Trail and along Merritt Avenue. The Menominee Park Zoo will also remain open until its scheduled closing day on Sunday, Sept. 24.
The trail project is estimated to be complete by mid-October.
