ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Green Bay woman was arrested, suspected of her third driving under the influence offense with a minor in the vehicle.
Just after 10 p.m. Wednesday, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper stopped a vehicle for multiple equipment violations in the area of Oneida Street and Cormier Road in Ashwaubenon.
On initial approach, the trooper detected the smell of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and the driver was displaying indicators of impairment, the report reads.
After standardized field sobriety tests were conducted, the 37-year-old woman was taken into custody.
Officials say she also had a passenger under the age of 16 years old in the vehicle.
The incident remains under investigation, pending legal blood sample results.
