The Green Bay Gamblers brought the broom to Michigan over the weekend, sweeping the USA National Development squad 6-5 on Friday night and 5-4 on Saturday. Peter Kramer scored twice for the Gamblers in the series opener and Mykhailo Danylov netted a pair on Saturday to complete the sweep. The Gamblers, under first year Head Coach Mike Leone have won 8 of their last 10 games to improve to 18-10-1-1 on the season, good for 38 points and second place in the USHL’s Eastern Conference, now only six points behind conference leader Chicago., Green Bay will have a home and home set with Cedar Rapids this weekend, hosting Friday’s game at the Resch Center at 7:05 PM.
